The perfect location of the beach villa directly on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, beach bars and stores makes this vacation home so unique. Already in the morning at breakfast, the dreamlike view from the house and the garden terrace on the sparkling sea makes the heart of the guests beat a little faster!
The modern architecture and the technical comfort of the house provide a high quality of living. Another feature is the spacious roof terrace with the sea on one side and the vast mountain landscape on the other. Before heading out to dinner on the beach promenade or harbor, you can relax here with a sun downer to end the day.

We are constantly trying to maintain and optimize the standard of equipment, so small optical deviations are possible. The bathrooms of the apartments correspond to the standard of the pictures shown. The layout of the sanitary objects varies.

The Beach Villa was completed in 2021 and convinces with the well thought-out floor plan, the high quality standard and the technical equipment.
The 80 m² house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious, open living-dining area with kitchen as well as a large roof terrace and a garden area with terrace and access to the beach.
The efficient and energy-saving air conditioning in all rooms makes staying in the house a pleasure even when the outside temperatures are high.
Free Wi-Fi, modern HD Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive private parking right in front of the door are available to our guests during their stay at Beach Villa at no additional cost.
