Thank you for your interest in our vacation home rental. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. In the following, we inform you about the processing of your data in the context of our vacation home rental in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).
Collection, processing and use of personal data
We collect, process and use your personal data exclusively for the mediation and processing of your rental contract. For this purpose, we store your contact data (name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) as well as data on the rental period and the booked accommodation. The processing of your data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO.
Passing on of personal data
We only pass on your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the rental contract. This includes, in particular, the disclosure of your contact details to the on-site property manager. Any further disclosure to third parties will not take place.
Storage period and deletion of personal data
We store your personal data only as long as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the rental contract or as long as we are legally obliged to do so. After expiration of the legal retention periods, we delete your data. Deletion will also take place if you request us to delete the data and there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the personal data we process, as well as to correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of this data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data and to receive your data in a structured, common and machine-readable format. For this purpose, you can contact us at any time.
Right of complaint to the supervisory authority
You have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
Changes to the privacy policy
