House Rules, General Rights and Duties

During the stay the house rules known to the guest are valid. The acceptance of the house rules takes place with the payment of the rent.
In case of violation of the general terms and conditions or the house rules, the landlord is entitled to terminate the lease immediately and without notice. A legal claim to a pro rata repayment or compensation does not exist.

Night rest
The night rest in the whole house, as well as in the outside area is valid from 23.00 o'clock to 7.00 o'clock.
Please be considerate of the other guests in the house.

Use
The use of the vacation accommodation, the outdoor area and the inventory is reserved exclusively for the guests indicated at the time of booking. Subletting and transfer of the vacation accommodation to third parties is not allowed. The use of the electrical appliances in the house (especially washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) is also reserved exclusively for the guests indicated at the time of booking.

Use of the pool
The rules indicated on the board by the pool apply.

Parties are not allowed.

Smoking is allowed only outdoors.

Barbecue is allowed only with the electric grill.

Noise
This is an apartment complex. Please be considerate of the other residents of the house.

Air Conditioners
Please turn off all air conditioning units when you leave the house. Please also turn off the lights when you leave the house.

Important:
As it can suddenly become very windy, please stack the deck chairs and chairs on the roof terrace when they are not in use at night or when you leave the house.

Damages must be reported immediately to the house service.

Right of access
The landlord has the right of access to the vacation accommodation, especially in case of imminent danger. The landlord will inform the guest about the exercise of the right of access in advance, unless this is not reasonable or impossible for him according to the circumstances of the individual case.
