The modern architecture and the technical comfort of the house provide a high quality of living. Another feature is the spacious roof terrace with the sea on one side and the vast mountain landscape on the other. We are constantly trying to maintain and optimize the standard of equipment, so small optical deviations are possible. The bathrooms of the apartments correspond to the standard of the pictures shown. The layout of the sanitary objects varies.

The penthouse was completed in 2021 and convinces with the well thought-out floor plan, the high quality standard and the technical equipment. The 80 m² apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious, open living-dining area with kitchen as well as a balcony with dining area and a large roof terrace.
The efficient and energy-saving air conditioning in all rooms makes staying in the house a pleasure even when the outside temperatures are high. Free Wi-Fi, modern HD Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive private parking in the complex are available to our guests during their stay at Beach Villa at no additional cost.
