The Gardenhouse inspires its guests not only by the fantastic location in the resort, directly by the pool and in the immediate vicinity of the beach - within walking distance you can also reach the numerous typical Greek restaurants, beach bars and stores.

We are constantly trying to maintain and optimize the standard of equipment, so small optical deviations are possible. The bathrooms of the apartments correspond to the standard of the pictures shown. The layout of the sanitary objects varies.

The Gardenhouse was completed in 2021 and convinces with the well thought-out floor plan, the high quality standard and the technical equipment. The 80 m² apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious, open-plan living-dining area with kitchen as well as a garden area with terrace and outdoor dining space.
The efficient and energy-saving air conditioning in all rooms makes staying in the house a pleasure even in high outdoor temperatures. Free Wi-Fi, modern HD Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and exclusive private parking in the complex are available to our guests during their stay at Beach Villa at no additional cost.
